    Managing Partner

    The founder of Erez Law, Jeffrey Erez, focuses exclusively on securities arbitration and litigation. Mr. Erez passionately believes in representing aggrieved investors and obtaining justice for his clients through litigation. As almost all investor disputes with brokerage firms are required to be arbitrated with FINRA, Mr. Erez's practice is almost entirely focused on representing investors in FINRA arbitrations nationally. Mr. Erez has worked on thousands of FINRA arbitrations and other securities cases as a lead attorney or in collaboration with other lawyers, obtaining over $300 million in recoveries for investors. Mr. Erez graduated from McGill University in 1993 cum laude and received his law degree cum laude in 1996 from The University of Miami Law School. Mr. Erez is admitted to practice law in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Erez is fluent in French and Hebrew.

  • Stefan Apotheker

    Partner

    Stefan Apotheker is a Partner and senior trial attorney at Erez Law, PLLC. Mr. Apotheker has dedicated his legal career to obtaining justice for investors who have been the victim of wrongdoing by investment firms. He has represented over 1,000 investors in securities arbitrations and litigations throughout the country as lead counsel or in collaboration with colleagues, resulting in the recovery of over $100 million on behalf of investors. Mr. Apotheker has successfully obtained trial verdicts against several of the largest financial institutions in the world, including successful recoveries of attorney's fees, punitive damages, and the rarely granted remedy of rescission. Mr. Apotheker has been rated "AV Preeminent" by his peers, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Apotheker obtained his Bachelors of Arts in History cum laude from Florida Atlantic University and Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.

  • Michael G. Rapaport

    Associate

    Michael Rapaport is an associate with Erez Law and concentrates his practice on securities litigation and arbitration. Michael graduated from the Florida State University with both a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Information Studies. Mr. Rapaport received his Juris Doctor from FIU's College of Law in May 2008 and subsequently begun his legal career working with Jeffrey Erez shortly after taking the bar exam, first as a law clerk, then as an associate upon admission to the Florida Bar. Mr. Rapaport is an integral part of the Erez Law legal team. He has served as second chair in over a dozen final hearings or trials and works tirelessly to assist Erez Law in its pre-trial and trial work. Mr. Rapaport also works closely with clients in the discovery process of cases.
