Rafael Marrero

Inc. 500 CEO Rafael Marrero is a Stanford University and Cornell University trained senior corporate executive and acclaimed management consultant. He has 30+ years diversified experience in multiple verticals including: Government Contracting Solutions, Telecommunications, Construction, Information Technology, Professional Services, Renewable Energy, and High-Tech environments. Mr. Marrero was most recently the Vice President of Corporate Vendor Management, Contracts, Supply Chain and Procurement for MasTec Network Solutions, a Division of MasTec (NYSE:MTZ) a $6.5 Billion Dollar firm with 18,000 employees and more than 425 office locations across the U.S. There he was responsible for sourcing, vetting and managing 700+ subcontractors and suppliers nationwide representing $1.5 Billion in projects on behalf of AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and Sprint. Marrero also served as the Corporate Director of Government Solutions for MasTec, and successfully launched and managed that business unit while reporting to Mr. Ramón Mas (SVP). Mr. Marrero was recently recognized by the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council as MBE Supplier of the Year (Category II). He recently became 1 of 35 entrepreneurs nationwide who graduated from from the prestigious Tuck School MBE Program: Growing the Minority Business to Scale at Dartmouth College.

Born in La Habana, Cuba, Lina was originally trained to work in clinical pathology. She left Cuba during the Mariel boat lift as a political exile and has resided in the USA since 1980, the Nation that she now calls home. Lina blends a passion for fine arts, fashion, and haute couture, leveraging her unique previous experiences with companies such as Neiman Marcus and other upscale firms, and boutiques. At Rafael Marrero & Company Lina keeps a watchful eye on our company’s brand identity, coordinates our Special Events participation, selects team apparel, marketing premiums, and ensures a First Class experience for the firm’s elite customers, particularly in the retail, hospitality and Real Estate segments.

Born in Argentina but also an Italian citizen, she has worked with prominent figures in journalism and politics during her brief but intense professional career. Her passion and commitment drive her to excel in a unique hybrid role that blends journalism, communication, and business. She thrives on multitasking, ensuring professionalism, and pursuing excellence in all her endeavors. Today, she serves as the Executive Assistant to CEO Dr. Rafael Marrero’s award-winning management consultancy.

Ana Agosto

Ana Agosto specializes in guiding clients through the certification application process for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) since October 2014. Ana assures that clients meet pre-qualification requirements, helps clients navigate the application process, and guides them through the documentation. Mrs. Agosto is also a Registered Nurse. She currently works in an Intermediate Care Unit at Baptist Hospital in Miami, FL. On this unit she cares for trauma, burn, respiratory, and cardiovascular compromised patients. Mrs. Agosto has been a Registered Nurse for over 5 years. She has also worked on orthopedic, and medical surgical/telemetry units. Mrs. Agosto has additional experience in secretarial work and has a passion for excellent customer service and is bilingual (English-Spanish).

Frank Agosto

Francisco Agosto specializes in guiding clients through the certification application process for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) since October 2014. Mr. Agosto assures that clients meet pre-qualification requirements, helps clients navigate the application process, and guides them through the extensive documentation process. Mr. Agosto is a bonafide Firefighter-Paramedic. He works for Miami Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) as a Firefighter-Paramedic since 2005. His duties are to combat fire, emergency medical rescue work, educate the public and fire prevention activities. Mr. Agosto’s additional professional experience includes sales, and accounting. He is also a professional bodybuilder.

Garry Hill

Garry Hill has been our Senior Principal Consultant since October 2014. Previously, Mr. Hill served as Senior Regional Vendor Manager for MasTec Network Solutions as well as Program Manager for their microwave division. Our Senior Principal Consultant has 18 years of experience in wireless telecommunications ranging from startup, carrier, and Fortune 500 technical and service-based corporations. As the Senior Regional Vendor Manager, Mr. Hill was responsible for the vetting and oversight of all vendors for the Western Region consisting of 14 states. While serving as Program Manager, he developed national processes and procedures for the AT&T microwave backhaul project and worked directly with senior level management. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Hill was Operations Manager at Vinculums Services, Inc., where he was instrumental in building the corporation from 10 employees and $1.5 Million in annual revenue to over 300 employees and $60+ Million in annual revenues in just 5 years. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Hill held several positions at AirTouch Cellular / Vodafone / Verizon Wireless including field services, engineering, and project management. He was frequently deployed to markets in the southwest to launch new 3G markets for Verizon Wireless. Mr. Hill served on the Project Eagle management team with AirTouch Cellular to change out the Los Angeles market network from Motorola to Nortel.
